Kripicard security overview
Security at Kripicard rests on three foundations: regulated banking partners that issue cards and hold fiat, PCI-DSS certified card processing that keeps sensitive data off our servers, and a non-custodial model where you keep your own wallet and keys. This overview explains each layer and what we will never do with your funds.
How Kripicard protects you
Regulated banking partners
Card issuance, settlement, and fiat custody are handled by independent licensed banks and Visa-authorized processors — not by Kripicard.
PCI-DSS card processing
Card numbers, CVVs, and PAN data are handled inside PCI-DSS Level 1 certified environments and never touch Kripicard servers.
Fraud monitoring & 2FA
Every account supports two-factor authentication, and suspicious activity is flagged automatically around the clock.
Non-custodial wallet
Kripicard never takes custody of your on-chain wallet or private keys. You only move USDT when you top up.
KYC & AML compliance
All users verify identity through regulated processors, screened against global sanctions lists.
Verified support channels
We publish official contact handles. If a message isn't from a verified contact, it isn't from us.
What Kripicard will never do
Part of staying safe is knowing what a legitimate service won't do. Kripicard will never:
- Lend, rehypothecate, or invest user balances
- Custody your private keys or self-custody wallets
- Offer yield or "high-APY" products on your card balance
- Ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet signature
- Sell or share your personal data for marketing
- DM you first asking for funds or passwords
