Contacted on Telegram by “Kripicard”? It's a scam.

We never message users first. Anyone who DMs you claiming to be Kripicard support, an admin or a manager is an impersonator trying to take your funds.

The one rule that stops every one of these scams

Kripicard never contacts you first — not on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, X or by phone. If you did not start the conversation through your dashboard or one of our verified contacts, it is not us.

Do not reply. Block the account and report it. Then contact us through an official channel below.

Red flags of a fake Kripicard account

  • They messaged you first — Kripicard never starts a conversation on Telegram.
  • They ask you to send crypto to "verify", "unlock", "activate" or "upgrade" your card.
  • They ask for your password, 2FA code, seed phrase, private key or card details.
  • They send a login link, a "support form" or an app/file to install.
  • They create urgency: "your account will be frozen in 30 minutes".
  • They offer a bonus, refund, airdrop or private deal that requires a payment first.

How scammers mimic our usernames

Telegram display names and profile photos can be copied by anyone. Only the @username is unique, so scammers register names that look almost identical. These are examples of the patterns we see — none of them belong to Kripicard.

What to do if a fake account contacts you

  1. 1

    Stop replying

Do not send funds, codes, screenshots of your dashboard or any personal data. Do not click links they shared.

  2. 2

    Block the account

Open their profile in Telegram, tap the three dots menu and choose Block user. This stops further messages.

  3. 3

    Report it to Telegram

From the same menu choose Report, then select Fake account or Scam. Telegram removes impersonators faster with more reports.

  4. 4

Tell us through an official channel

Open a support ticket from your Kripicard dashboard, or message one of the verified contacts listed below, with the scammer's username.

Frequently asked questions

Does Kripicard ever contact users first on Telegram?+

No. Kripicard never sends the first message on Telegram or any other messenger. Every real support conversation starts with you, either through a ticket in your dashboard or by you messaging one of our verified contacts.

Someone with the Kripicard logo and name messaged me. Is it real?+

No. Anyone can copy our name, logo and profile photo. Display names are not unique on Telegram; only the @username is. If the conversation started with them, it is a scam regardless of how official the profile looks.

I already sent money or shared my details. What should I do?+

Stop all contact immediately, change your Kripicard password, enable or reset 2FA, freeze your card from the dashboard if card details were shared, and open a support ticket so our team can review your account. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so act quickly to protect the remaining balance.

How do I reach real Kripicard support?+

Sign in at kripicard.com and open a ticket from your dashboard, or message a contact listed on our verified contacts page. Always reach those contacts by typing the username yourself or using the links on this site, never from a link someone sent you.
