To use Kripicard services, you must:

• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who do not meet these requirements.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all actions performed under your Kripicard account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity.

Compliance and KYT

Kripicard uses KYT (Know Your Transaction) monitoring to ensure compliance with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering standards.

Fees and Limits

Prohibited Activities

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension.

Card Usage

Kripicard virtual cards are accepted globally where Visa or Mastercard are supported. Usage is subject to card issuer network rules and merchant acceptance policies.

Kripicard does not guarantee acceptance at all merchants or services.

Refunds and Disputes

Transactions made using Kripicard are generally non-refundable once authorized. In case of technical or operational errors, users may contact support at privacy@kripicard.com for manual review.

All disputes related to unauthorized charges must be reported within 10 days of occurrence.

Liability Limitation

Kripicard and Uweb3 Management BR are not liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by blockchain networks or third-party providers
• Merchant refusal, system downtime, or transaction rejections
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use

Your use of Kripicard is at your own risk.
