Kripicard system status
This page explains Kripicard's approach to platform reliability and how we communicate the operational health of core services — card issuance, top-ups, transaction processing, and the dashboard. We design for high availability, monitor services continuously, and aim to be transparent when something is degraded so you always know what to expect.
What we monitor
Kripicard continuously monitors the systems that matter most to your day-to-day use. When one of these is healthy, the corresponding experience in your dashboard should be working normally.
- Card issuance — creating new virtual cards.
- Top-ups — crediting USDT deposits to your balance.
- Transaction processing — authorizing and settling card payments.
- Dashboard and account access.
How we communicate status
If a core service is degraded or unavailable, our goal is to tell you quickly and in plain language: what is affected, what is not, and what we are doing about it. We post operational updates and product changes in the newsroom and announcements.
A note on blockchain networks
Some parts of the experience depend on external blockchain networks. Deposit confirmation times, for example, can vary with network congestion and the chain you use. Choosing a low-fee network like Tron (TRC-20) for USDT generally means faster, cheaper top-ups. These network conditions are outside Kripicard's direct control.
If something isn't working for you
If you experience an issue that does not appear to be a wider outage, a few quick checks resolve most cases:
